আমরা সবসময়ই দেখেছি, তরুণরা প্রতিষ্ঠানবিরোধী, অর্থাৎ, এস্টাবিলিস্টমেন্টবিরোধী। তাদের মধ্যে বিদ্রোহের প্রবণতাটা প্রবল। সবকিছু ভেঙেচুরে সামনের দিকে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার প্রচেষ্টা থাকে। সামনে এগিয়ে যাওয়ার জন্য যে ভিশনটা দরকার, সেটার আর্টিকুলেশনের অভাব আছে। আমার মনে হয়, এটার দিকে তাদের নজর দেওয়া উচিত। সবকিছু অর্জন করা যাবে না। তার একটা সময় লাগবে। কতটুকু সময়ের মধ্যে কতটুকু অর্জন করা যায়। তরুণদের মধ্যে আবেগ একটু বেশি, বাস্তবতাবোধ সেই তুলনায় কম। তাদের অনেক বেশি বাস্তববাদী হতে হবে। আর সেটার জন্য সাধারণ মানুষের সঙ্গে অনেক বেশি সম্পৃক্ত হতে হবে।
